There has been much debate surrounding 'Thala' Ajith’s upcoming film, Viswasam, to be directed by Siva thereby making it a fourth time collaboration between the two.
To be produced under the Sathya Jyothi Films banner with music by D. Imman, Viswasam has yet another big name in the form of 'Lady Superstar' Nayanthara as the female lead.
Meanwhile, there has been quite a lot of chatter across various social network forums regarding whether Viswasam will make it to screens this Diwali as initially planned and announced.
With nearly 48 days lost as a result of the Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC) strike which came to an end only last week, Viswasam, in prior had already seen several postponements in its production kicking off.
Having said that, there is still a strong possibility for the film to come out this Diwali considering the makers have had plenty of time to prioritize their pre-production.
Furthermore, majority of the portions in the film are expected to be shot in South India leading to less traveling for all those involved as well as time consumption.
According to latest reports, production on Viswasam will kick-off on May 4 at the Ramoji Film City at Hyderabad where a mammoth set has been erected.
