Jayam Ravi’s cop movies have always clicked at the box-office. Up next, his cop action thriller Adanga Maru is ready for its release. The movie is directed by debutante Karthik Thangavel and produced by Home Movie Makers. Raashi Khanna stars opposite the Thani Oruvan star for the first time and Vikram Vedha fame Sam.C.S has composed the music for this movie. The teaser and trailer out on YouTube have got a good reception from the audience. The movie was initially slated to release on 16th November, but it was announced that the movie will be a December release. Now, TFPC has given the approval and actor Jayam Ravi has officially announced the release date of the movie as 21st December, for the long Christmas weekend. It is to be noted that Dhanush’s Maari 2, Vijay Sethupathi’s Seethakaathi and Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero are the other movies locked the same release date.
