Petta is an upcoming Superstar Rajinikanth starrer mass entertainer directed by Karthik Subbaraj and produced by Sun Pictures Kalanidhi Maran. Young champ Anirudh Ravichandar has composed the songs of the movie. The audio was launched in a grand manner on 9th December and the album has become an instant chartbuster as almost all the songs are topping the music charts. Actor Dhanush penned the lyrics for ‘Ilamai Thirumbudhe’ song from the movie. This particular track is such a relief from the other energetic numbers of the album.
