Film aficionados went into a joyous mood when the first look poster for Tamizh Padam 2.0 was unveiled a while back.
Planned initially for a release this month, Tamizh Padam 2.0 will see actor Mirchi Shiva reprise his role from the original film, Tamizh Padam, released in 2010.
With the film not yet released, director Venkat Prabhu stepped up to issue a rather hilarious statement on the delay in release on Twitter.

A CS Amudhan directorial, the upcoming satire film will include actress Iswarya Menon as the female lead under the Y Not Studios banner with music by Kannan.
