One of the most popular actress in south India, Trisha has chaired way into hearts of fans both young and old over the past two decades. The characters she chose to play from Sandhya in Mounam Pesiyadhe (2002) to Janu in 96 (2018), she played it with ease. We all got to witness not just her renditions of those characters, but also a part of her own self in the films.

Recently, we see her choosing promising roles after seeing a rollercoaster ride of 17 years in the industry. Rudhra, the only negative character she played in Kodi turned out to be a super duper hit with her receiving accolades.


2018 was an amazing year in her career as Trisha made her Malayalam debut in Hey Jude opposite popular actor Nivin Pauly while also starring in 96 with Vijay Sethupathi and she floored audiences with her performances.


Her 2019 has started off with a bang after she paired up with 'Superstar' Rajinikanth for the first time in Karthik Subbaraj’s Petta and is set to have a busy year ahead with upcoming projects like Garjanai, Sathuranga Vettai 2 with Arvind Swamy, 1818 and Paramapadham Vilayattu.

Meanwhile, Trisha took to her Twitter handle to mention about one year of Hey Jude, the Malayalam movie, which was directed by Shyamaprasad alongside Nivin Pauly, who played Jude, a character with autism spectrum disorder and the actress as a character named Crystal Ann Chakraparambu, who lends support to the protagonist to overcome his disorder despite her character being affected with bipolar disorder.
