India costliest film 2.0 is set to release worldwide exactly in a month from now, on 29th November. The project is bankrolled by Lyca Productions and directed by Shankar. The sequel to the 2010 blockbuster Sci-Fi action thriller stars Superstar Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson in the lead roles. Songs composed by A.R.Rahman for the film have got a wide reach. The movie will be releasing in 3 languages such as Tamil, Hindi & Telugu. The teaser came out on 13th September, as a Vinayagar Chathurthi festival treat. A couple of days back, the team made a massive announcement that the trailer of the film will be out on 3rd November, as a pre-Diwali gift for fans.
The latest official update from the team is that the ‘Trailer will be in 3D in cinemas’. 2.0 was the talk of the town when the teaser got released last month, as the audience were given 3D glasses while entering the cinema hall just to watch the teaser of the movie. And now, the team has announced the 3D Trailer will be released on 3rd November. Can we expect the same promotion strategy to happen for the trailer screening too?
