Coming out on November 29, 2018 after more than a year’s delay, 2.0, directed by Shankar under the Lyca Productions still manages to create quite a lot of excitement among fans.
Starring ‘Superstar’ Rajinikanth in the lead role, 2.0 is said to be a spinoff/sequel to the 2010 blockbuster, Enthiran.
With the sci-fi action thriller in its post-production stages, Bollywood star Akshay Kumar recently opened up on the release plans.
Akshay went on to admit he felt strange that 2.0 has not come out yet despite filming wrapping up nearly a year back.

He further stated one of his fans posted the same query to him on Twitter considering it had been such a long time since production had been completed.
Akshay, who awaits the release of his historical sports drama film, Gold, on August 15, then went on to state he hasn’t yet seen a single frame in 2.0 except for a few scenes during dubbing and feels extremely hopeful for the film's prospects at the box office.
Powered with music by A. R. Rahman, 2.0 includes actress Amy Jackson as the female lead.
