Naalai Movie review
Naalai is the electrifying story of the trials and tribulations of two gauche, hardenedviolent gangsters - Justin (Richard) and Nattu (N. Nataraj Subramanian). Set against the pulsating mafia underworld, Justin and Nattu grow up to become the key lynchpins of Nair (Nasser). They are two reckless, hot-blooded youngsters who know nothing better that what the underworld has taught them. Having played with real ammunition instead of plastic, they lead a dry, listless life that unfolds each tomorrow with no fascination.
Death to them is a game, a deal better than life. The only force that binds them and gets them going is their friendship. Their bond of friendship is total and has given them a reason to live. As they grow, expanding and finding them in a hard-hitting world, the essence of their friendship infuses the magic of love for life in them. However, predictably, there comes a moment in one tomorrow that changes their lives, forever... It unravels as the story unfolds to its explosive and unexpected finale.
The film has five songs rendered by Na. Muthukumar to the haunting tunes of Karthik Raaja and choreographed by Shanthi Srihari.
