Rocking Star Yash's KGF 2 released in theatres on April 14 and the film opened to an overwhelming response from the critics and general audience. The film emerged as one of the highly successful films in the history of Indian cinema and it transcended boundaries, becoming a huge hit in foreign centres as well. KGF 2 also became only the fourth film to collect 1000 crores at the worldwide box office and Yash has managed to expand his business across countries. That being said, the film has now successfully crossed 50 days of run in the theatres and on its 50th landmark day, KGF 2 is running in more than 390 centres across India and in more than 10 centres in foreign countries.

Holding close to 400 theatres in India on the 50th day is something monstrous and huge and this indeed tells us the unmatchable success of the film. The makers thanked the audiences for their overwhelming support in making the film a grand success. Sharing a special 50-days poster, the makers said, "Thank You for scripting monstrous milestone with us 💥 A promise was once made n that promise was well kept. Thank you for making this possible with your unconditional love n unwavering support. We can still feel the jubilation n the reverberation of the Monster celebration #KGF2".

KGF 2 is directed by Prashanth Neel who has now become one of the most sought after filmmakers in the country and he has an exciting lineup of projects with multiple star heroes across industries. KGF 2 features Yash and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles, alongside Raveena Tandon, Eswari Rao, Srinidhi Shetty, Saran Shakthi, and others in supporting roles. Produced by Vijay Kirgandur under the banner of Hombale Films, KGF 2 has music composed by Ravi Basrur.
