Vijay Sethupathi's Sanga Thamizhan release delayed once again!

One of the year’s most awaited films, 'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi's Sanga Thamizhan under Vaalu and Sketch fame Vijay Chander’s direction was announced to be coming out worldwide today (November 15) after its initial plans of a Diwali release. Reputed production and distribution house, Libra Productions had issued a statement on Twitter yesterday saying the action drama would be coming out in theatres today. That said, Sangha Thamizhan produced by Vijaya Productions has not released in theatres today leading to disappointment among Vijay Sethupathi’s ardent fans with an official word on the delay now awaited from the makers. As of now, the morning shows have been cancelled and a statement is expected regarding the next plan of action regarding the film's release. 

With Sanga Thamizhan not releasing today, it has made way for Vishal’s action thriller, Action, under Sundar. C’s direction to come out as a solo release. Vijay Sethupathi fans will be wanting to hear a word in quick time regarding Sanga Thamizhan’s release considering the superstar will be appearing in dual roles for the first time in his career. Raashi Khanna and Nivetha Pethuraj are playing the female leads and Sun Pictures has acquired the broadcasting rights of the film. Sanga Thamizhan featuring smash hit music by the Vivek-Mervin duo also has Vijay Sethupathi’s daughter, Shreeja, making her acting debut following his son, Surya Sethupathi, made an appearance in Naanum Rowdydhaan and a starring role in Sindhubaadh.
