'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi is at present attached to several projects among which is the mass action entertainer, Sanga Thamizhan, being helmed by director Vijay Chander of Vaalu and Sketch fame. Being produced under the reputed Vijaya Productions banner, the film has been carrying massive expectations with broadcasting giant, Sun TV, acquiring the satellite rights sometime back. With Vijay Sethupathi set to appering in dual roles for the first time in his glorious career, an electrifying Sanga Thamizhan teaser has now been reeleased showing the superstar in full-throttle action.
Sanga Thamizhan is being planned for an October 2 release in light of the Ayudha Pooja holidays with the film’s cast also including names like Raashi Khanna and Nivetha Pethuraj as the female leads with Vijay Sethupathi’s daughter, Shreeja, too making her acting debut. Although not much is known about the film, we can deduce from the teaser that Vijay Sethupathi goes on to stand for the rights of the people with the star in an action avatar will no doubt delight his hardcore fans. Sanga Thamizhan also has a highly talented technical team featuring names like Vivek-Mervin scoring the music, R. Velraj handling cinematography and Praveen K. L. taking care of editing.
