Announced last year, ‘Makkal Selvan’ Vijay Sethupathi will be collaborating with Vaalu and Sketch director Vijay Chander for a film to be produced under the Vijaya Productions banner with music by Dora fame Vivek-Merwin.

Billed as an out-and-out mass family entertainer, this upcoming Vijay Sethupathi film will also include Raashi Khanna and Nivetha Pethuraj as the female leads with Soori, Nasser, Sriman, Ashuthosh Rana, Ravi Kishan, Motta Rajendran, Marimuthu, Sriman, and John Vijay playing vital supporting roles.
Meanwhile, the makers of the upcoming film have now officially released a statement saying shooting will officially flag off on March 4 at Hyderabad with the technical crew comprising of R.Velraj handling the cinematography and Praveen KL taking care of the editing.
Vijay Sethupathi is fresh off the success from ‘Superstar’ Rajinikanth’s Petta as well as drawing massive praise for his work in last year’s 96 and Seethakaathi with fans now excited for his Super Deluxe hitting screens on March 29.
