A big surprise indeed, Academy Award-winning composer A. R. Rahman has announced that 'Vaigai Puyal' Vadivelu has sung a song in the Udhayanidhi Stalin-starrer Maamannan. The chart-topping music director revealed the big news on social media along with pictures from his studio where he is seen with the iconic comedy actor, filmmaker Mari Selvaraj, lyricist Yugabharathi, and cinematographer Theni Eswar. Sharing the big news on Instagram, A. R. The excitement surrounding Vadivelu's role in Maamannan is massive considering posters of the actor appearing alongside Udhayanidhi Stalin left fans speechless and stunned. A. R. Rahman's latest announcement has added to the anticipation for Maamannan and the album, and fans will now be looking forward to what he has churned out with the celebrated comedian. It is to be noted that Vadivelu had sung the 'Panakkaran' song in his last film, Naai Sekar Returns, released in 2022, which was composed by Santhosh Narayanan and turned out to be a huge hit.
