Even before the release of his debut flick, Darling 2 actor, Rameez Raja signed his second film Ultaa by debutant director Balakrishnan, a former associate of AR Mururgadoss. As the title suggests, the film goes on reversal mode and narrates the life story of a young man. Produced by Rite Media Works, the film has Janani Iyer as the leading lady and is touted to be a physiological comedy.
However, the team has now changed the film's title to Vidhi Madhi for tax reasons.
