Ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam's most ambitious film in his career to date, the upcoming Ponniyin Selvan: I, produced jointly by Lyca Productions and Madras Talkies banners and featuring music by Academy Award-winning composer A. R. Rahman is currently in its post-production stages and is scheduled for a grand worldwide theatrical release on September 30.
