In a shocking incident, two men in an inebriated state attacked the premises of composer turned actor Hiphop Adhi's residence on the East Coast Road in Chennai on Monday night. The individuals had thrown stones and caused damage to the Meesaiya Murukku star's house gate and ran away from the spot in quick time. According to reports, the two drunk men created a nuisance and screamed on the street where Adhi resides. Apparently, security persons on the street opposite the music director’s house tried to intervene and put an end to the nuisance the two persons were creating. However, things took a different turn when an argument ensued between both the parties, after the two damaged the gate by pelting stones, and soon after made an escape. 

It has also been reported that the two men were later apprehended by police authorities on Tuesday after the CCTV footage in Hiphop Adhi's house was analyzed. A complaint was filed against the men, who during interrogation revealed that they did not know it was the Natpe Thunai actor's house. It was later revealed that there were no occupants in the residence at the time of the incident as Adhi was not in town. The complaint was filed by the security in the street where Adhi resides, with the music director-filmmaker learning about the incident only after people began calling him regarding it. 

On the work front, Hiphop Adhi will be teaming up with director ARK Saravan of Maragadha Naanayam fame for the tentatively titled HHT6, which will be produced by Sathya Jyothi Films. The upcoming film marks the third occasion the prestigious production banner is bankrolling a Hiphop Tamizha venture after Sivakumarin Sabadham and Anbarivu
