In a shocking incident, 'Dancer' Ramesh, who has garnered a huge fan following for his dance videos on Tik Tok and Instagram reels, died on Friday, January 27, after falling from the tenth floor of an apartment building in the KB Park Area near Pulianthope in Chennai. According to reports, the police are investigating the nature of his death as to whether he had taken a fall from the building or he committed suicide. The news of Ramesh's tragic demise has come as a big shock to his fans on social media, who have showered their love on him after witnessing his skills as a dancer on Instagram in recent years, while he also appeared on a few dance shows.

'Dancer' Ramesh also made a surprise appearance in a few important scenes in Ajith Kumar's Thunivu directed by H. Vinoth. Apart from his dance videos on social networking forums, he also gained popularity after putting up performances dressed as the late global music superstar Michael Jackson on television shows. Ramesh is known for his dance in random locations and quickly witnessed big feedback from his ardent fans for his skills, with his Instagram followers count crossing the 75,000 mark sometime back.
Thunivu is the third venture for Ajith with H. Vinoth and producer Boney Kapoor and 'Dancer' Ramesh is seen in a couple of important moments in the story proceedings. There are also reports stating that Ramesh was set to be seen as a dancer alongside 'Superstar' Rajinikanth in the upcoming mass action entertainer Jailer being directed by Nelson Dilipkumar under the prestigious Sun Pictures banner. Ramesh had also in an interview with Galatta last year spoken about his passion for dancing, including the struggles he had encountered in his life, while also putting up a small performance for his fan following.
