Two-time National Award-winning Tamil actor Dhanush has several promising films lined up ahead and will be appearing on the big screen for the first time in more than a year in director Mithran R. Jawahar’s Thiruchitrambalam releasing worldwide on August 18. Blockbuster production banner Sun Pictures has produced the upcoming family entertainer with the leading actor, who is just fresh off the rave reviews for his performance in the Netflix action blockbuster, The Gray Man, alongside Hollywood superstars Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans under Avengers: Endgame fame Joe Russo and Anthony Russo's direction. With promotions for Thiruchitrambalam in full swing over the past few days, Sun Pictures on Tuesday, August 16, released yet another fun promo featuring Dhanush with the film's leading ladies Nithya Menen, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Raashii Khanna, while Munishkanth and Bharathiraja too are seen making appearances.

The Thiruchitrambalam promo starts off with a voiceover of veteran filmmaker-actor Bharathiraja, who is playing Dhanush's grandfather in the film, talking about approaching women. The visuals then show Nithya Menen poking fun at Dhanush, who in another scene is seen inquiring with Munishkanth about Priya Bhavani Shankar. There are also visuals with Raashi Khanna, who is seen looking as fresh as the dew of the morning. We next see in the Thiruchitrambalam promo Nithya Menen encouraging Dhanush by offering him strong words of support in how the girl he is in love with will be fortunate to spend her life with him.

Sun Pictures has been promoting Thiruchitrambalam extensively and the latest promo will give fans the assurance that the film will be loaded with plenty of fun, while also balancing the act with drama, sentiment, and action, which will largely cater to family audiences. Thiruchitrambalam has music by 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander, who has once again delivered a chart-buster album for Dhanush, and it is truly yet another big comeback for the 'DnA' combo after they last worked together in Thanga Magan in 2015.
