No matter how great Spider-Man: No Way Home is, there exists another Spidey Multiverse movie that easily ranks as one of the best Spider-Man franchises: Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. The film is well recognized and dearly loved by many and if you still have doubts then just remember that it did not win the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2018 for no reason.

We have known that there have been two sequels planned for the film for quite some time now. It has been in development with its immediate sequel announced to be titled Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse while the third film of this trilogy was simply being referred to as Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Part II up until now because that has all changed. Sony Pictures gave a presentation at CinemaCon 2022, where the studio screened the first fifteen minutes of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. Following this, the Sony Panel which had the film's producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller on board revealed that the name of the third installment will be called Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse and will be released on 29 March 2024.

Critics and fans have been raving about the film since the day of its release and it is becoming something of a modern classic. They are all eagerly looking forward to its sequel, Across the Spider-Verse which is scheduled to swing into theatres on 2 June 2023 after a slight delay as it was originally set to be released on 7 October 2022. The second part will release just a month before Madame Web which is set to hit the screens on 7 July 2023. Starring Dakota Johnson, the film is another Spider-Man spin-off that will explore the origin story of a clairvoyant with psychic abilities that allows her to see within the spider world itself.
