'Thalapathy' Vijay's Varisu is set to take over screens in January 2023 for the festive occasion of Pongal and the excitement is already sky-high. Directed by hit filmmaker Vamshi Paidipally of Thozha and Maharshi fame under blockbuster Telugu film producer Dil Raju's Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, the upcoming film is billed to be a wholesome family entertainer and includes music by Thaman. S, with three songs already released - 'Ranjithame', 'Thee Thalapathy', and 'Soul of Varisu' - turning out to be chart-topping hits. As fans continue to count down the days until the theatrical release, the highly-anticipated Varisu full album has now been released and reveals to us for the first time the number of songs that will feature in the film.
Varisu is one of the most-awaited Tamil films in recent times and is also coming out in Telugu under the title Vaarasudu.
