'Thalapathy' Vijay's Varisu audio launch continues to be the talk of the town after it was held in a grand manner last week at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai and has since been announced to be telecast on Sun TV on January 1 at 6:30 p.m. as a New Year's Day treat. The gala event saw the cast and crew taking part in the proceedings, which also witnessed thousands of fans celebrating the audio release, which also included several live performances, and speeches from the big names associated with the film. With the Varisu audio launch's telecast date announced already, broadcasting giant Sun TV has now released a sneak peek video from the event showing Vijay's grand arrival at the venue and his mass entry inside the stadium. 

This latest Varisu audio launch promo gives a new glimpse into Vijay's mass entry into the stadium amidst the cheers of thousands of his ardent fans, who had arrived at the venue to witness the superstar in his first major public appearance in front of a big public audience after the Master audio release function in March 2020. The upcoming event is one of the most-awaited in recent times after the film's team and Sun TV opted out of a live telecast, with fans expecting the full event to be telecast this Sunday. This new Varisu audio launch sneak peek has come after Sun TV released two back-to-back promos on Monday showing several major highlights that also included speeches from Vijay, Rashmika Mandanna, Prakash Raj, VTV Ganesh, Shaam, Srikanth, Sathish, director Vamshi, producer Dil Raju, choreographer Jani master and a live performance of all the film’s songs by composer Thaman. 

Directed by Vamshi Paidipally under Dil Raju's Sri Venkateswara Creations banner, Varisu has Vijay paired with Rashmika for the first time ever and their big-screen chemistry is undoubtedly a major highlight alongside the film’s ensemble star cast which features the likes of SJ Suryah, Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Prabhu, Jayasudha, Yogi Babu, Shaam, actress Sangeetha Krish, Srikanth, and Bigg Boss 4 fame Samyuktha Shanmughanathan among others in vital roles.
