Blockbuster production and distribution banner Sun Pictures released a special behind-the-scenes video of the 'Arabic Kuthu' song on Thursday, October 13, from the 'Thalapathy' Vijay' and Pooja Hegde-starrer Beast. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and featuring music by 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander, the production giant also dropped the announcement that the song’s official video has now crossed 300 million views on YouTube. In the 'Arabic Kuthu' BTS-making video, we see Vijay and Pooja Hegde rocking the dance floor with choreographer Jani master guiding the duo with instructions on the steps and moves to be followed, while director Nelson and music director Anirudh are shown witnessing the proceedings at the Beast shooting spot.

'Arabic Kuthu' sung by Anirudh and Jonita Gandhi to the lyrics penned by actor-producer Sivakarthikeyan was the first track to be released from Beast and went on to be declared the number 1 music video on the YouTube music global charts in July. The song also took the top ranking on the top 100 music videos on YouTube in India after it was released as Valentine's Day treat and subsequently became the most-viewed and liked South Indian song in the first 24 hours. Another major accolade for the 'Arabic Kuthu' song from Beast was when it became the fastest South Indian song to cross 50 million views.

Apart from 'Arabic Kuthu', Beast featured two other songs - 'Jolly O Gymkhana' and 'Beast Mode' - turned out to be yet another successful album for the Vijay-Anirudh combo after their Kaththi (2014) and Master (2021). Despite mixed reviews, the film took a sensational opening and is currently one of the highest-grossing Tamil ventures worldwide. Beast revolved around Vijay playing an ex-RAW agent rescuing people held hostage in a shopping mall by terrorists.
