Popular Malayalam actress Chandra Lakshman has tied the knot with co-actor Tosh Christy in an intimate wedding at Kochi. The duo's marriage was an interfaith wedding in line with the Hindu customs where the groom presented the Manthrakodi to the bride as per the Christian tradition. Chandra appeared gorgeous in her Kasavu wedding saree, while Tosh looked dashing in a shirt and mundu. Congratulatory messages and wishes have been pouring in for the couple on social media, with photos from their wedding going viral on social media. Chandra, who has made a name for herself over the years, especially in Malayalam and Tamil film and TV industry, met Tosh met during the shooting of the serial Swantham Sujatha and announced their relationship in August. The actress wrote on Instagram, "YES! That's what we said..As we embark on a new journey with the consent and blessings of our families,we wanted to include you,our wellwishers,in our happiness. Putting an end to all the endless questions about my marriage. Bless us and keep us in your prayers..Shall keep you all posted." 

Chandra Lakshman made her acting debut first in films and in Tamil in the Srikanth and Trisha starrer Manasellam. She later landed roles in films like April Maadhathil, Aadhikkam and Thillalangadi, while also appearing in Sun TV serials such as Kolangal, Magal, Sondha Bandham and Pasamalar, and Vijay TV shows namely Kadhalikka Neramillai and Jodi Number One. Chandra, who is currently starring in the Malayalam show, Swantham Sujatha, is playing the titular character alongside Kishor Satya, with Tosh Christy cast as an advocate named Adam John.
