Jyotika’s 2nd innings has been a mixed bag with a couple of hits and couple of lackluster performance at the box office. Her comeback vehicle 36 Vayadhinile turned out to do well while Magalir Mattum and her recent release Raatchasi hardly made an impact. But she should be content with the fact that almost her comeback films received good accolades and gave her enough scope to showcase her acting side. She has a film titled Jackpot in her kitty which is directed by Kalyan of 'Gulaebaghavali' fame. Jyotika also has a film with her brother-in-law Karthi directed by Jeethu Joseph. A couple of days back she began a film titled Pon Magal Vandhal which will be bankrolled by Suriya's 2D Entertainment. Pon Magal Vandhal also features the likes of Bhagyaraj, Parthiban, Prathap Pothan and Pandirajan. The makers have now released the ‘Puja’ video:
