Tamil cinema's favorite star couple Suriya and Jyothika are setting new goals each day for their fans. The two recently toured the UAE after the release of their Jai Bhim last year under their 2D Entertainment banner and returned home. The couple have since taken a trip to Kerala, where they have been vacationing for a while now. In that light, Jyothika took to social media to provide an insight into her time with Suriya from their vacation and also shared her views on how Ayurveda is beneficial to the mind, body, and spirit.

Posting the video on Instagram, Jyothika wrote, "Ayur- age, Veda- knowledge. A science told 3000 years ago by India, based on the belief that health n wellness depend on a delicate balance between mind, body n spirit.  Took some time out for the most fulfilling 21 days of my life at the Rajah beach (Thrissur) A place which made me believe that true magic lies in nature and it’s healing powers." She added, "Energy lies in the calmness of the mind n soul . N health is truly a balance of lifestyle. Let us Indians respect our country’s greatest discoveries AYURVEDA AND YOGA, by practising it.  And let us introduce this magical science to our next generations for a better and healthy future.  Thank u to all the doctors at Rajah beach and Rajah island (Thrissur) for all the warmth and care."
