For the last few days, there have been various speculations stating that Suriya's upcoming film with director Bala has been dropped due to creative differences between the two. The rumours started to spread on social media and the fans were worried about the authenticity of the report. That being said, Suriya himself has now denied the rumour with a classic reply which has set the fans in excitement. Suriya shared a picture of him along with director Bala from the sets of Suriya 41 and this is the first glimpse of the highly anticipated flick.

Sharing the picture, Suriya tweeted, "Waiting to be back on sets…!! #Suriya41". This tweet has indirectly confirmed that the Suriya - Bala film is very much on and there are no second thoughts about it. The rumours have been put to rest and the next schedule is expected to begin in Goa in June. More details regarding further schedules are awaited and an exciting treat awaits fans. Suriya 41 will have music composed by GV Prakash Kumar whose last film with Suriya - Soorarai Pottru turned out to be a huge success. The music of Suriya 41 will be a raw, folk-based album and it is expected to strike well with the masses.

Produced by Suriya and Jyotika under the banner of 2D Entertainment, Suriya 41 will have cinematography by Balasubramaniem. Uppena fame Krithi Shetty plays the female lead in this biggie and interestingly, this film will mark her second outing in Tamil cinema. Her first film will be The Warriorr, which stars Ram Pothineni in the lead role. Suriya was last seen in Pandiraj's Etharkkum Thunindhavan which released earlier this year.

Meanwhile, the fans are super excited to see Suriya in the highly anticipated Kamal Haasan starrer Vikram, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Suriya will be seen playing a super interesting cameo in this action entertainer which is slated to release in theatres on June 3.
