Leading Tamil actor-producer Suriya's next big film is the tentatively titled Suriya 42, which has been progressing at a brisk pace under blockbuster filmmaker Siva's direction. The highly-anticipated film has already completed a major chunk of the production and fans have been waiting for a glimpse of the National Award-winning actor ever since the film went on floors last year. jointly being produced by K. E. Gnanavelraja's Studio Green banner in association with Vamsi-Pramod of UV Creations, the request for an update from Suriya 42 has been huge on social media and it looks like the makers are set to give the fans what they have been waiting for, according to popular Tamil films producer-distributor Dr. Dhananjayan Govind.
The veteran Tamil cinema celebrity revealed on social media late Wednesday evening, February 1, that a big update from Suriya 42 is well on its way and will be coming out soon in the days ahead. Suriya 42 will see national youth sensation Disha Patani being introduced to Tamil cinema and her inclusion in the film is a major USP. The film has a story written by Siva and Aadhi Narayana and features music by chart-buster composer Devi Sri Prasad, who will be looking to come out all guns blazing once again to Tamil cinema after his work in the nationwide blockbuster, Pushpa: The Rise, earned him massive praise. The expectations and excitement have been massive ever since the Suriya 42 motion poster was released as it created a lot of curiosity among fans, especially after it revealed warriors of different clans like 'Arathar', 'Venkaater', 'Mandaankar', 'Mukaatar', and 'Perumaanathar, including an eagle flying above a war-torn battlefield and giving a glimpse of the ambitious film's gargantuan scope.
