Jailer is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar who will be looking to bouncing back strong after Beast and this is his fourth directorial venture. The film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, marking his third association with Rajinikanth after Petta and Darbar. Anirudh is in the prime form of his career and we can expect him to deliver some chartbuster hits for this mega biggie. The rest of the cast and crew are yet to be formally announced. Rumours are rife that Kannada Superstar Shiva Rajkumar has been approached to play the villain, but the makers are yet to confirm the same. There have also been speculations that state KS Ravikumar is a part of the film.
