Suhana Khan, the daughter of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, was making headlines a couple of weeks back because she was photographed outside the office of filmmaker Zoya Akhtar which led fans to believe that she may make her Bollywood debut with Zoya's upcoming flick. Turns out the speculations and rumours were on point as Suhana Khan is confirmed to be gearing up to make her debut with The Archies, directed by Zoya Akhtar, for Netflix.

The makers of the film are conducting several wardrobes and screen tests of her to check her out in different looks. According to some little birds, she will not only be seen in a western look but in an Indian look as well. We all know how well Suhana can pull off a western look so it will be exciting if she could pull off an Indian look as well. We are sure she could easily do it given how dazzling she looks.

In a recent interview, director Zoya Akhtar has said, "I am super excited to have the chance to bring The Archies to life. It was a large part of my childhood and teenage years. The characters are iconic and globally loved, which is also why I am a little nervous. I have to make sure the film stokes the nostalgia of a generation that grew up on the comic and yet resonates with the young adults today."

There are also talks circulating that Khushi Kapoor, the younger daughter of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, and Agastya Nanda, Amitabh Bachchan's grandson, are also being considered for the project. With such news, it is safe to assume that the cast might be full of young stars who are yet to make their debut in the film industry. Only time can tell and we cannot wait to see what happens.

The Archie Comics follows the lives of four friends — Archie Andrews, Betty Cooper, Veronica Lodge, and Jughead Jones — as they navigate adolescence.
