Spider-Man: No Way Home has smashed box office records worldwide and is now the second-highest grosser of 2021 in India. Marvel Studios' latest film, which has collected over Rs. 245 crores to date in India ($1.3 billion worldwide), is now also the third film from the blockbuster studio to register over 1 crore footfalls (ticket sales). Spider-Man: No Way Home has turned out to be a massive box office money-spinner as the superhero film sees Tom Holland reprising his role as Peter Parker / web-slinger Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and this time alongside Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield from the previous Spider-Man trilogy and The Amazing Spider-Man films, respectively. 

Spider-Man: No Way Home is now officially the 12th Hollywood film to sell over 1 crore tickets in India, with Jurassic Park (1994) claiming the distinction of being the first film to reach the prestigious footfalls mark. A total of 12 films have sold over 1 crore tickets to date in the country overall, with seven of them coming since 2015.
