The film will see SK paired opposite Ukrainian actress and model Maria Ryaboshapka, who previously played the role of Natasha in the Disney Hotstar web series, Special OPS 1.5: The Himmat Story. SK 20 is also the reunion of Sivakarthikeyan with ace veteran actor Sathyaraj after they previously appeared in Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam, with Premgi Amaren and Prankster Rahul cast in major supporting roles. Apart from the star-studded cast, the film will include music by chart-buster composer Thaman. S, followed by cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa of 'Thalapathy' Vijay's Beast fame and Maanaadu editor Praveen K. L. forming the core technical team.
