Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films International has many exciting projects in line. Sivakarthikeyan is playing the lead in their 51st project which is set to be directed by Rajkumar Periasamy of Rangoon Fame. The film also has Sai Pallavi playing the female lead and makers recently announced that the film will have Music composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar. Now, they have released another major update about the film tentatively titles SK21 Joining Forces. The makers of the film have released a new video glimpse of the pooja ceremony for the film. the video show all the stars including Kamal Haasan, Sivakarthikeyan, Sai Pallavi, G.V. Prakash and the director arriving, lighting up a lamp, Kamal Haasan striking the clapboard and the director calling action.

SK21 has created an excitement among fans as the project was announced in January 2022 and after a year of launch the makers have released details about the cast and crew of the film. The production house is collaborating with Sony Pictures India for the project. It is speculated that Sivakarthikeyan will be taking a new avatar in the film as an army officer and some reports also stated that the shooting begun in Kashmir. The actor recently announced that the is taking some time off of social media but updates about the project will be shared by his team. The video that's released shows that that the project has officially began with a pooja.
Sivakarthikeyan also has some interesting projects in line including Maaveeran helmed by Madonne Ashwin, who made his debut with Mandela and the Sci–fi film Ayalaan. The release date of both films has been announced with Maveeran is set to be released on August 11 and Ayalaan in November. The production house Raaj Kamal Films International also has some exciting line up as they are collaborating with Silambarasan TR for the first time for his next and it is to be directed by Kannum Kannum Kollaiadithaal fame director Desingh Periyasamy.
