Cook with Comali sensation Sivaangi made her debut in feature playback singing with the song, 'Talku Lessu Worku Moreu' from the Shanthnu - Athulya starrer Murungakkai Chips. She also sang independent singles like 'Asku Maaro' and 'Adipoli' which turned out to be sensational hits. Having said that, Sivaangi's next song as a singer is officially announced and there is a big surprise for all the fans. Yes! The young sensation has sung a song alongside Silambarasan TR and this song is called 'Machi'. This song is from the Tamil film titled Mayan which is directed by debutant J Rajes Kannan. The song is composed by MS Jones Rupert.

It is indeed great that Sivaangi has gotten to sing a song along with Simbu and this big combination has taken the fans by pleasant surprise. The announcement on the song was made through a new video in which Sivaangi expressed her happiness and excitement about it. "I have sung a beautiful track for the film, Mayan. I have sung the song with Simbu sir. I hope you all like it. Jones has composed the song and Rajesh Kanna has directed the film. Do hear the song and tell us your feedback", said Sivaangi.

We also get to hear a small portion of the song as a teaser and it has made the fans look forward to the release of the full song which will be out in the next few days. Mayan is an upcoming film that stars Vinod Tamizh, Bindhu Madhavi, and Pia Bajpai in the lead roles. John Vijay, Aadukalam, Dheena, Raja Simman, Ganja Karuppu, and Sivaranjini are also a part of the star cast. Mayan is being made as a Tamil - English bilingual and Doctor sensation Priyanka Mohan plays the female lead in the English version. Debut director J Rajes Kannan has also produced the film under his banner of Fox Crow Studios in association with GVKM Elephant Pictures.
