There have been reports that the actor is engaged to a Sri Lankan Tamil girl, which he has now strongly denied in his statement. Urging the media to confirm such news before publishing on various channels, he also informed that any news regarding his marriage will be told in advance. Simbu's statement is as follows: "We strongly deny the news of SilambarasanTR getting engaged to a Srilankan Tamil Girl as mentioned by few media channels. There is no truth behind it. We request our media friends to do confirm things as personal topic as “Marriage” with us.
