Whenever two big films release together, it creates a lot of hatred not between the production house or stars involved in the projects but within fans. It happened in Tamil film industry last year when Rajinikanth’s Petta and Ajith Kumar’s Viswasam clashed for Pongal 2019. Both the film managed to do well at the box office but the fight for who did better never stopped between fans. Similarly, this year we have two huge film releases in Telugu.

Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru and Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramloo released for this Sankranti/Pongal festival. Both the films are doing extraordinary business. That’s what you expect as a filmmaker, even fans should be happy celebrating their favourite star’s film instead of pulling down the industry by creating hate trends. That is exactly what is happening in Telugu right now as both Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu fans are spreading negativity around when they should actually celebrate.
 Mahesh BabuAllu
Allu Arjun fans have created a tag saying #FakeQweenMaheshBabu whereas Mahesh fans have started a trend saying #FakeKaBaapAlluArjun. Of course all this started when the respective productions house released posters saying Sankranti Winner and Sankranti Champion. Actor Siddharth took to his Twitter space to share a few words about this issue - “#FakeKaBaapAlluArjun and #FakeQweenMaheshbabu are trending in #Telugu twitter. Lakhs of tweets. God save our cinema. What's wrong with these people? Shameful.”
