Popular Bollywood actress Shama Sikander tied the knot with her long-time partner and American businessman James Milliron at a white wedding in Goa on Monday. She has now shared the first photos from the wedding ceremony and wrote in the caption: "whole" while adding a ring and a heart emoji. The pictures show the newly-married couple posing together, with the bride looking gorgeous in a white, fitted gown and a veil, which she accessorized with fancy earrings, while James is seen at his dashing best in a white tuxedo. In the first photo, we see Shama and James in a close-up while standing next to each other, while the second picture has the actress looking down and smiling with her bridal bouquet. Last month, in an interview with Times of India, Shama revealed that she and James had waited nearly two years to finally have the wedding that they dreamed of. She said, "We will have a white wedding and it will be a two-day affair. We are keeping it more international because many of our relatives are settled abroad. It will be 'India meets America'. I love seeing people at white weddings, but I had never thought of how I wanted mine to be." The newlywed couple first met through a mutual friend in Mumbai in 2015 after which their relationship blossomed and they began dating.
Shama Sikander has made appearances in several Hindi films over the years that included Aamir Khan's Mann, Ansh: The Deadly Part, Basti, and Bypass Road in 2019. She subsequently landed roles in popular TV shows like C.I.D.,Seven, Yeh Meri Life Hai, while also starring in a web series titled Maaya.
