Mynavathi, the veteran actress, and sister of the renowned Pandari Bai, suffered a cardiac arrest, and was admitted to a hospital. Despite intensive treatment, she succumbed to the heart ailment, at a hospital in Bengaluru. The 78-year-old artiste has acted in a number of movies in the South industries, and became famous for her dance in the evergreen song, 'Senthamizh thaen mozhiaal', in Maalayitta Mangai. She was one of the nine children born to Rangarao and Kaveri Bai. We pray for her soul to rest in peace!
