Leading South Indian actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has shared her thoughts about her working experience in Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, which is produced by Lalit Kumar's 7 Screen Studio in association with director Vignesh Shivan's Rowdy Pictures banner and features music by Anirudh Ravichander. The upcoming rom-com film also starring 'Makkal Selvan' Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara in the lead roles is set to open in theatres on April 28, with promotions being carried out in swing by the makers, who on Monday released a special video featuring Samantha.  

In the video, we see Samantha, who plays the character Khatija in Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, narrating her experience of working in the film, while also reminiscing about her time with the team and also opening up about her role. The actress starts off by saying that her Khatija doesn't exist without Kanmani (Nayanthara) while adding that her co-star is phenomenal in KRK informing fans that she has delivered her best work yet in the film. Samantha then reveals that her favorite genre is romantic comedies and expresses her happiness at being able to do a film on those lines after a while. She then complimented Vignesh Shivan saying he has made a wonderful film as he has put his heart and soul into Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal adding that she would pray for it to be a big success for him. Promotions for Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal have kicked off with the team recently releasing a short glimpse for the 'Two Two Two' song picturized on Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, and Samantha and the response has been nothing short of astounding. All sights are now set on the film's release towards the end of this month, with the trailer expected to come out in the days ahead. The Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal teaser did a fantastic job at building curiosity and the team will look to raise the bar once again with the trailer next.
