The massive thriller was set in the rural areas of Andhra Pradesh starring Allu Arjun as the lead. It was trendsetter as songs and dialogues from the film were featured in many many reels and shorts across social media. It is to be noted that Samantha Ruth Prabhu made a cameo appearance for the song Oo Solriya Oo Oo Solirya in the film. The sequel of the talked-about film is in the works as the production house that’s backing the film Mythri Movie Makers shared a making still of Pushpa - The Rule featuring the director of the film Sukumar.

Reports have stated that sensational and iconic actress of south India Sai Pallavi has joined the star cast of the film. It is unclear if the actress will play a significant role in Pushpa - The Rule or if it will be a cameo by the talented actress. Pushpa - The Rise had Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead and well-known Malayalam Actor Fahad Faasil as the antagonist. The addition of Sai Pallavi to the already popular franchise elevates the anticipation and excitement of fans to the next level and it's no doubt that even if she appears on screen for a small time, it will be a memorable moment. The speculation has created a huge buzz on social media with fans raging.

The first glimpse of Pushpa - The Rule is said to be released on April 8 on the birthday of the award-winning star Allu Arjun. It is expected that the producers could officially announce the addition to the cast after the release of the glimpse. The sequel will undoubtedly have more action between Allu Arjun’s Pushpa Character and Bhanwar Singh played by Fahad Faasil and some peppy song numbers with signature hook steps for fans to celebrate the movie.
