Actor 'Thalapathy' Vijay is a well-known actor who holds a huge fan base in Tamil Nadu and across South India. The die-hard fans celebrate each release of Vijay's films like a festival in theatres. He recently acted in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual Varisu directed by Vamsi Paidipally. The movie was a massive hit as it recently completed its 50th day of run in theatres and was released on the OTT platform Prime Video as a post-theatrical release. His upcoming film Leo also directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj has also created massive anticipation among people and is under filming. He has introduced as a debut actor by his father SA Chandrasekhar. 

SA Chandrasekhar is a well-known director who has been a part of various successful films and has written and directed multiple films, with 'Thalapathy' Vijay and Captain Vijayakanth in lead roles. He has also directed films in Telugu, Kannada and Hindi and has also acted in multiple projects. His recent role in Silamabrasn TR starrer Maanadu was praised widely. SA Chandrasekhar directed the movie Naan Kadavul Illai with Samuthirakan and Sakshi Agarwal in important roles, that was released recently.

The director recently met reporters after a special pooja in Rameswaram last week. Now, SA Chandrasekhar has done special pooja in a well-known temple of lord Shiva in Arani. When reporters asked why he was in Arani, he replied he had to travel to the town suddenly and got to know that it was an auspicious day to perform pooja and so, he was there. A reporter then asked about the Political entry of 'Thalapathy' Vijay. The director answers that “Who are you asking this question about? pose these questions to Vijay”. A reporter then asked his opinion on why the popular cinema actors are not doing well in politics now and the director walked away as a sign of saying no comments.
