Leading South Indian actorRashmika Mandanna attended the song launch event of the upcoming Telugu film, Baby, in Mumbai on Tuesday when she got mobbed by a number of her ardent fans. In a video posted by a paparazzo on social media, we see the actress making her way out of the premises, while slightly being taken aback by the commotion after a few fans tried to take a photo. Subsequently, Rashmika's bodyguards are seen pulling a man back and pushing him away, with the actress then checking if he was okay before proceeding on the way out.

The video on Instagram also showed Rashmika stopping when a young girl called her requesting for a selfie, with the superstar obliging with a smile. We can see the actress rushing and saying "Fast, fast, fast", as they quickly take the photo before she is escorted out of the premises. Fans have since shared their views of the incident on the Instagram post stating that Rashmika's security was being too strict. One fan commented, "this guys is bouncer behaviour", while another wrote, "I really don’t understand what difference it makes to your life by taking selfie with celebrities."
On the work front, Rashmika has several promising projects lined up ahead among which include Animal in Hindi opposite Ranbir Kapoor directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga of Kabir Singh and Arjun Reddy fame. She is also currently filming Pushpa: The Rule, which will see her reprise her character Srivalli, and reunite with Allu Arjun on the big screen once again for the upcoming pan-Indian biggie. Rashmika, who kicked off 2023 on a winning note starring alongside 'Thalapathy' Vijay in the blockbuster Varisu, has the Tamil-Telugu bilingual, Rainbow, in the pipeline as well.
