Moondru Mugam was one of Superstar Rajinikanth's career defining movies and the triple roles he played in the movie became cult hits, especially that of the Police officer Alex Pandian. Now, we have news that Raghava Lawrence has decided to star in the remake of this movie. Lawrence is currently wrapping up his much anticipated Motta Shiva Ketta Shiva and Shivalingam, following which he would begin work on the remake of Moondru Mugam. To be produced under the Shri Raghavendra Productions banner, this project has the full backing and support of the Jigarthanda producer S. Kathiresan, of Sri Meenakshi Creations!
