Actor Simbu was last seen in ace director Mani Ratnam's muti starrer titled Chekka Chivantha Vaanam. It is well known that the actor's next is with director Sundar. C for the project titled 'Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven' which is an official remake of the blockbuster Telugu film titled 'Attarintiki Daredi'. The film has big talents collaborating such as actor Prabhu, Nassar, Ramya Krishnan, Catherine Tresa, Mahat Raghavendra, Megha Akash, Yogi Babu, Robo Shankar, and Rajendran. 

 

This family entertainer film was initially planned for a Pongal release but the film was postponed due to unknown reasons. The makers of the film, Lyca productions have now made a huge announcement on this big project! The makers have officially revealed that this massive project is all set to hit the screens on February 1st. It is to be noted that Rajiv Menon's upcoming film titled Sarvam Thaala Mayam and director Ram's upcoming film 'Peranbu' is also scheduled to release the same weekend!
