Savaale Samaali, an upcoming comedy film starring Ashok Selvan and Bindu Madhavi is gearing up for its release. Written and directed by Sathyasiva of Kazhugu fame, the film revolves around the problems faced by a youngster who leads a genuine and truthful life. The film is touted to be an out-and-out comedy film with the likes of Jagan, Oorvasi, Nasser, M. S. Bhaskar, Aishwarya, Kaunas, Manobala, Paravai Muniyamma and many others in the supporting cast.

In an exclusive interview with our correspondent, the director Sathyasiva said that unlike other films which have songs and comedy sequences against women, this film will not have any element of that sort. Instead the boys are the ones who get teased in Savaale Samaali!

When asked about using of Sivaji Ganeshan's 1971 super hit Savaale Samaali title, the director said that it was very difficult to get the title. He also added that the producer Arun Pandian spent almost 3 months to get the title. Being a complete comedy film, it was initially titled as Kekae Bokae. As the protagonist faces lot of challenges in the movie, the director felt that Savaale Samaali would be the most suitable title. The film has five mesmerizing tracks composed by S. Thaman with the lyrics of Snehan. The film is expected to hit silver screens in the first week of September. Let's get ready for the fun ride!
