Natural Star Nani is all set for his next outing, Shyam Singha Roy which is scheduled to release in theatres across the world on December 24, ahead of the Christmas weekend. Ahead of the film's release, the makers have now unveiled the official teaser which looks quite promising and interestingly done. From what we see, it is pretty much clear that the story of Shyam Singha Roy takes place in two different timelines - one in the periodical setup and the other in the contemporary setup. Sai Pallavi plays the female lead in the periodical portions, while the young sensation Krithi Shetty is seen as Nani's love interest in the modern portions.
There is also one more female lead - Madonna Sebastian, but we do not get to see her in the teaser. The film is directed by Rahul Sankrityan who had earlier directed the Vijay Deverakonda starrer Taxiwaala and it looks like the talented filmmaker has got an exciting premise in hand. The teaser is intriguing, making the audience curious and yearn for more. The suspense is maintained throughout the teaser and Shyam Singha Roy seems to be a unique film of sorts. The teaser has opened to a positive response from the fans and film buffs. While the film is originally shot in Telugu, it will also have a dubbed release in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada.
Produced by Venkat S Boyanapalli under the banner of Niharika Entertainment, the film has music composed by Mickey J Meyer. Apart from the leads, the film also has Rahul Ravindran, Murali Sharma, and Abhinav Gomatam in crucial roles. The story of Shyam Singha Roy is penned by Satyadev Janga, while the cinematography and editing departments are headed by Sanu John Varghese and Naveen Nooli respectively.
