Netflix has officially released the much-awaited trailer for Money Heist: Season 5 Volume 2, which is scheduled for a premiere globally on the streaming service on December 3. The upcoming edition consisting of five episodes will mark the end of the show's final season after Volume 1 of the ongoing season began streaming on September 3. The Money Heist: Season 5 Volume 2 trailer released on Wednesday shows the losses endured by The Professor / Salvador "Salva" Martín (Álvaro Morte) and his band of operatives, including their fight to come out of the Bank of Spain where they have been trapped inside for over 100 hours. 

The Money Heist: Season 5 Volume 2 trailer starts off with The Professor escaping Alicia Sierra (Najwa Nimri) and entering the Bank of Spain, with a sea of his followers welcoming him before being escorted inside by the Spanish Army forces and the police. We see Jaime Lorente as Denver in an emotional state and breaking down in tears while talking about Tokyo (Úrsula Corberó), who sacrificed herself in order to defeat Gandia and his band of soldiers. There are several action-packed and high-octane intense moments showing the gang and the Spanish Army getting ready for a final showdown, with the two sides squaring off for a head-on clash. 

The official synopsis for Money Heist: Season 5 Volume 2 is as follows: "The world's greatest heist comes to an end. Last season of Money Heist launching December 3rd, only on Netflix." Money Heist: Season 5 Volume 1 received a phenomenal response from fans, including India where the show's popularity shot up, especially during the lockdown last year. The final five episodes will no doubt be the most streamed when it premieres next month and the excitement for the show has been visible over the past few days based on the talk for the arrival of the trailer.
