Madhura Raja, the Malayalam action film directed by Vysakh is written by Udaykrishna. The movie stars Mammootty, Jai and Jagapathi Babu in the lead roles as Nedumudi Venu, Anusree, Siddique in important roles amoung others. The music for the film is composed by Gopi Sundar. Madhura Raja is a spin-off to 2010 film Pokkiri Raja and Mammootty reprises his role as Raja.
Madhura Raja was released worldwide on 12 April and the movie got some postives reviews from the audience. The movie is having a decent run at the theaters and its on oits way to join the 100 crore club in Malayalam.
Apart from the fame of Mammootty, the makers roped in popular adult star Sunny Leone for a dance number in the movie. The song titled Moha Mundiri is sung by Sithara Krishnakumar and has lyrics by BK Harinarayanan. The song composed by Gopi Sundar was a chart buster.
