Exciting new Ponniyin Selvan 2 GLIMPSE - Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looks captivating as Nandini! WATCH IT HERE!

Ponniyin Selvan is a two-part film mounted on a huge-budget directed by the iconic director Mani Ratnam. The first part of the film was released last year and was one of the blockbuster hits of the year and Ponniyin Selvan: 2 is set to be released on April 28. The film is bankrolled by Lyca Productions and Madras Talkies. It has a huge star cast of Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Trisha, Prabhu, R Sarath Kumar, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala, Jayaram and other, and has music composed by AR Rahman. The movie is an adaptation of the five-part historical fiction books written by Kalki.

The makers of Ponniyin Selvan: 2 have been releasing teasers and posters from the film ahead of the release of the trailer. A grand Trailer and Audio launch event is scheduled to happen on March 29 from 6 PM. Lyca productions also announced the renowned actor 'Ulaga Nayagan' Kamal Haasan will be the chief guest for the event. They released a new 30-second long teaser featuring Aishwarya Rai’s character for the film on 28th March. The video shows the stunning actress in the character of Nandini with a devious expression and in a royal look adorning a black dress. The recent teaser featuring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as Nandini was released with the caption “her beauty will captivate you, her intelligence will astound you and her charm could kill you. How excited are you to see Nandini in PS2?".

The teasers have further hyped the anticipation of fans. The makers have been releasing new glimpse teasers for various important characters in the film including Arulmozhi Varman, Aditha Karikalan, Vandhiyathevan, Kundhavai and Oomai Arasi. As the trailer and the Grand Audio launch are set to happen tonight in Chennai at Jawarharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, fans won't have to wait much longer to see what awaits in the second part of the Ponniyin Selvan: 2.
