As Shaakuntalam is set to be released on 14th April, the makers have now released a new clip of a song from the film to hype the anticipation of moviegoers and fans. The video song Malligaa Malligaa shows the actress in grassland amidst birds adoring flowers and singing about her romantic interest. The song also shows a group of friends of the actress singing about the pair. The song is sung by Ramya Behara with music composed by Mani Sharma and lyrics penned by well-known lyricist Kabilan. The 1-minute glimpse will surely snatch the attention of the people.
Apart from Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Shaakuntalam also has a massive star cast of Dev Mohan, Allu Arha, Sachin Khedekar, Kabir Bedi, Dr M Mohan Babu, Prakash Raj, Madhubala, Gautami, Aditi Balan, Ananya Nagalla, Jisshu Sengupta and others. The film is set to be released in 3D and the 3D trailer of the film was launched a few days ago. Reports stated that the film looks even better and enchanting in 3D.
