The music video traces the love that blossoms between two classical dancers who co-incidentally run into each other and later develop a mutual liking. 'Magizhini' music video is a positive representation of the queer community and the video has been treated in a respectable fashion. Both Anagha and Gouri fit their part neatly, managing to strike an equation and the duo score well with the dance moves, as well.

'Magizhini' is composed by 96 fame Govind Vasantha and the talented composer has delivered a beautiful track. The song is definitely a treat for music lovers who prefer to hear soulful and pleasant numbers. Keerthana Vaidyanathan's soothing rendition is the icing on the cake. Madhan Karky's lyrics perfectly convey the emotions, doing justice to the theme of the song. 'Magizhini' music video is directed by VG Balasubramanian. Arunkrishna Radhakrishnan has shot this song which has been edited by Jomin, with dance choreography by Vishwakiran Nambi. Amaran has handled the art direction. Popular music label, SaReGaMa has acquired the audio rights for this song.

Anagha, who made her debut in Tamil cinema with Hiphop Tamizha's Natpe Thunai, rose to fame recently for her dance moves in the song, 'Per Vechaalum' from Santhanam's Dikkiloona. The visuals went viral on social media, garnering wide attention. On the other hand, Gouri Kishan is known for acting in movies like 96, Master, and Karnan.
